Good deal on a classic
I was looking for a specific Bronze Age comic and found it here. I signed up for their newsletter and got a 10% off discount, which was nice. With the free shipping since my order was over $100, it felt like a really good value. The comic showed up in great shape. Definitely worth the price I paid.
Consistently good service
This was my third time ordering from DTA Collectibles. I picked up a couple of Independent Comics and a Vintage Paperback this time. Just like my previous orders, everything was packaged securely and arrived in the condition described. I've bought from them during their holiday sales before too, and the quality and service have always been consistent. It's why I keep coming back when I'm looking for specific issues. They're reliable.
Nice haul, minor shipping issue
I ordered a few Pulp Magazines and some Comic Book Supplies. The selection was great and they had what I needed. Everything arrived well-packaged, especially the pulps which can be fragile. I did notice that one of the backing boards had a slightly bent corner, probably from transit, but it was minor and didn't affect the comic it was for. Overall, good value and I appreciate the range of items.
Detailed order for a collector
I placed an order for a graded CGC comic, specifically a Detective Comics issue, and also added a few Mylar Bags. The ordering process was straightforward, I found the item I wanted easily. Shipping took about a week to my address in California, and the packaging was robust-the graded comic was very secure, double-boxed with plenty of padding, which is crucial for these types of items. The photos on the site were accurate to the actual comic I received, which is a big plus for high-value items. The Mylar bags were standard quality. I didn't need customer support for this order, so I can't comment there, but the overall experience from browsing to delivery was solid and met my expectations for a collectibles store.
Cool vintage comic!
I grabbed a Silver Age Batman comic last week. It arrived pretty fast, took about 4 days to get to me in Arizona. The condition was just like they said on the site, which was a relief. Super happy with it, adds nicely to my collection. Good experience overall.
